The Eyeleds Outdoor concept creates a stylish atmosphere in a wide variety of outdoor applications. In addition, the lighting system can be used for orientation and marking purposes. The extremely flat construction of Eyeleds® Outdoor offers unique possibilities to install lighting in terraces, plank-bridges, porches, entranceways, landing-stages and many other surfaces.

For both the 'Basic' as the 'Pro' version it is possible to connect a maximum of 40 LEDs to one driver. The maximum system length is 50 meters, measured from the driver.

For outdoor applications it is necessary that the connectors and cables are protected against odd (weather) conditions such as rain, frost, sunlight, vibrations and acids in the surface. Thanks to the high-quality connection, wiring and the IP67norm of the Eyeleds fixture, Eyeleds is completely resistant to this. The high-quality 'M12 Sensor Connectors' stress this once more for the 'Pro' and 'Extreme' system!

Eyeleds recommends cleaning the fixtures with a common broom for outside. Although the stainless steel or brass encapsulations are resistant to streaks, excessive pressure (e.g. a sanding machine) can damage the fixture.

Excess cleaning materials and corrosive build up need to be removed with water. The use of aggressive detergents is strongly discouraged since these might harm the construction in the short or long term (depends on the used quantity). The application of a high pressure cleaning system is also discouraged. Besides, regular cleaning of the fixtures prevents corrosion and the development of corrosive build up.
