Multi Round Eyeleds® Multi, a single, linkable version of the popular 'Floorleds', floor lighting system, features a built-in depth of just 6,5 mm and offers revolutionary possibilities to be creative with light. The Eyeleds® Multi fixtures come with two 80 cm cables with a male and female IP67 plug connector, pre-attached.
Eyeleds® Multi fixtures can be used as interior design accents, guide or night-lights. Additionally, this system can be installed into existing flooring by accessing the floor below to link the connectors together through a basement or crawl space.

- How can I clean the lighting fixtures?
Eyeleds recommends cleaning the fixtures with a common broom for outside. Although the stainless steel or brass encapsulations are resistant to streaks, excessive pressure (e.g. a sanding machine) can damage the fixture.
Excess cleaning materials and corrosive build up need to be removed with water. The use of aggressive detergents is strongly discouraged since these might harm the construction in the short or long term (depends on the used quantity). The application of a high pressure cleaning system is also discouraged. Besides, regular cleaning of the fixtures prevents corrosion and the development of corrosive build up.
- Where can I use Eyeleds® Multi?
Eyeleds® Multi can be applied in many different surfaces such as tiles, natural stone, laminate, hardwood flooring, carpets and decorative gravel.
Generally speaking, Eyeleds® can be installed in materials with a thickness of >7mm.
Due to a minimum heat development (<=35°C) Eyeleds® is safe, irrespective of the application type.
- How can I install Eyeleds® Multi?
All Eyeleds® lighting solutions are plug & play and easily to install. You can find installation manuals in the Technical Data tab.
- What power source do I need for Eyeleds® Multi?
Regarding the power supply related to LED lighting, one refers to a ‘driver’ instead of a transformer. Eyeleds® Multi is powered by a 12V driver which is available in two models: a build-in model which fits into a wall mounted electrical box (max. capacity: 40 x round/20 x square model) and a plug model (max. capacity: 10 x round/20 x square model). For optimum flexibility, Eyeleds® offers their drivers as separate products.
- At what (in-between) distance can the Eyeleds® Multi be installed?
The Eyeleds® Multi hardwired chain systems (3, 5, 8 or 20 LED light unit versions) come with fixed cable lengths enabling a maximum installed in-between-distance of 1,25m. The cable length between the power supply connection plug and the first LED unit in a chain is 6m. This distance can be extended up to a total system length of 50m by using the 6m extension cables. The Eyeleds® “multi-connector” concept offers single linkable LED units where the in-between-distance of the lights is flexible (up to a max. of 50m).
- How many chains can be on one power supply?
In order to connect more than 1 chain of Eyeleds® (available in hardwired chains of 3, 5, 8 or 20 LED light units) on a power supply, there’s a t-splitter available. By means of plugging t-splitters into each other, the number of required connections can be achieved.
Next to the availability of chain systems (intended for flooring use), we have “multi-connector” systems available: single linkable LED units, creating more flexibility for non-flooring applications of Eyeleds® lighting.
- What is the lifespan of an Eyeleds® LED?
Eyeleds® lighting is extremely long lasting with an average lifespan up to 100.000 hours!
With LED lights, the light source does not suddenly fail; the light intensity declines slowly during use. By using the highest quality diodes in Eyeleds®, this process of deterioration starts at the very end of the life cycle.
Various tests showed that there is no visible difference between a new light and an Eyeleds® light that has been continuously switched on for at least 3 year.
